Attorneyto join their team and work on their litigation docket on thePlaintiffs side. As an Associate Attorney you will have theopportunity to work directly with the Named Partner and otherattorneys on a wide range of prelitigation and litigation mattersincluding depositions mediation drafting pleadings directnegotiation and trial preparation.

This is afastpaced environment that will allow you to develop stronglitigation skills and succeed in your longterm career goals. Theideal candidate for this position will have three years or less ofexperience as the role is specifically crafted to introduceAssociates to a highvolume practice. Recent graduates pending JulyBar results in November are also welcome to apply. This is afulltime inoffice position on the west side of town.

Responsibilities:

Work on a highvolumedocket on the Plaintiffs side Collaborate with Named Partner andother attorneys on prelitigation and litigation matters

Conduct depositions mediations and direct negotiations

Draft pleadings and assist with trialpreparation Develop strong litigation skills for longterm successin the field

Attend inoffice meetings andcourt appearances as needed

Requirements:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accreditedlaw school

Admission to the State Bar ofTexas

03 years of experience in personal injurylaw preferably on the Plaintiffs side

Strongwritten and verbal communication skills

Ability to thrive in a fastpaced highvolume environment

Detailoriented with excellent organizational skills Teamplayer with a positive attitude
