Responsibilities You will work with technologies including virtualization, servers, clients, networking, storage and backup. You will regularly collaborate with other team members as part of a cross-functional team. You will build strong relationships with customers and peers. You will participate in improving internal processes (LEAN/ACE/CORE). You will use your technical knowledge to facilitate resolution of service requests and restoration tickets. You will assist with the implementation of technical solutions to support assigned projects. You will provide support for the Tier1 and Tier2 infrastructure teams. What you will Learn Foster relationships with DT peers across the domestic US. Learn how to communicate effectively to Engineering leadership. Learn how to provide ROI based on project performance. Learn to apply knowledge and personal skills to shape projects with loose requirements. Qualifications You Must Have Typically requires a University Degree and less than 2 years of relevant experience. U.S. citizenship is required for security clearance eligibility. Active DoD clearance (Collateral/Secret) preferred. Experience supporting technology in a professional, secure environment; Desktop Support, Server Administration, and Virtualization (VMware) are relevant. Linux systems administration. Networking knowledge. Compliance frameworks (NIST 800-53). Ability to obtain IAT Level II certification (e.g., Security+). Active cert preferred. Qualifications We Prefer Technology certifications (Systems Administration, Cloud, etc.). Security certifications (Sec+, CISSP, etc.). Govt. Security Clearance (Collateral/Secret).
