*Location:* Wilsonville, OR (Post Acute Rehab and LTC)

*Duration*: 15-18 Weeks (possible extension)

*Shift*:
* 6p-6a Thurs/Fri/Sat and every other Wednesday (rotating 36/48 hr weeks), 18 weeks
* 2p-10p Sunday through Thursday, 18 weeks
* 6a-6p Sun/Mon/Tues, 18 weeks
* 9/18 start date, 6p-6a Thurs/Fri/Sat and every other Wednesday (rotating 36/48 hr weeks), 15 weeks

*Pay*: $40/hr (blended of taxed and stipend)

$1,600/ Weekly gross (based on 40 hrs)

*REQUIREMENTS:*

1+ yr LPN experience Required

Must be licensed in the state of OR/Not Compact

Must have an active BLS
