Based in Boston, this contract role will focus on late-stage and life cycle management development within the Hematology Program. Our client is a global leader with approved medications in oncology and other therapeutic areas, driven by a mission to address unmet medical needs.Key Skills for SuccessClinical Expertise in Hematology/Oncology:M.D. and board certification in medical Hematology / Oncology3+ years of industry experience with strong regulatory and clinical development experienceAcute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (ALL) experienceStrategic Leadership: Provide insights to shape data generation, study designs, and decision-making processes across cross-functional teams.Collaboration and Teamwork: Work closely with cross-functional groups including regulatory, medical affairs, and commercial teams to ensure project success.Regulatory and Medical Oversight: Offer guidance on regulatory preparations, monitor clinical trials, and ensure adherence to GCP standards.Data-Driven Problem Solving: Employ a creative mindset for operational challenges and prioritise critical work streams effectively.Location and TravelLocation: Boston, MA (Hybrid 2 -3 days on site)Travel: Anticipated travel is less than 10%Type: 12-month, part-time contract (25 - 30 hours per week)If you are a motivated, experienced professional passionate about making an impact in the Oncology domain, we'd love to hear from you.
