EHR Application Analyst

The EHR Application Analyst is primarily responsible for creation and termination of EHR user accounts (both Providers & Staff), creating facilities, and the management of user security access issues within the EMR. This role also includes providing assistance in eCW training. The position calls for an individual with superior multitasking abilities, attention to detail, exceptional verbal & written communication, problem-solving acumen, and technical prowess. The individual will be expected to collaborate effectively with other teams within the organization.
Job Duties:
Configure new and manage existing practices within eClinicalWorks(eCW)
Setup, Terminate, Audit and Manage EHR users in eClinicalWorks (eCW)
Oversee role-based security for end-users in the EHR
Work with end-users to diagnose and resolve EHR security access issues
Contribute to the internal knowledge base by documenting troubleshooting procedures and resolution steps
Collaborate with other teams within the organization to investigate and report complex issues
Identify critical issues and escalate them proactively to management and relevant teams
Develop and maintain instructional materials to support end-user training and system usability
Formulate and manage a checklist for the creation of users and facilities
Recognize the need for a process to create request forms, enabling end-users to request additional users and facilities to be added to the EHR
Perform other duties as assigned

Position Requirements:
High School or Equivalent
At least 1 year of medial office experience
At least 1 year of EHR experience
1-3 years experience with eClinicalWorks preferred
