We are based in Little Rock, AR with offices in Conway and Heber Springs. At our firm, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse client base and gain valuable experience in a collaborative and supportive environment.Job DescriptionWe are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Tax Manager to join our team. You will work closely with our other professionals and gain exposure to various tax issues and strategies. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:Reviewing federal, state, and local tax returns for individuals, partnerships, corporations, and trusts.Managing client relationships by serving as a primary point of contact, ensuring timely communication, and delivering exceptional service throughout the engagement cycle.Conducting tax research and staying updated on changes in tax laws and regulations.Assisting in tax planning and advisory services for clients to optimize their tax positions.Assisting with IRS and state tax authority correspondence and audits.Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely completion of projects.Assisting with the development of staff and firm processes.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.CPA certification required.Proficiency in tax and accounting software, along with the Microsoft Office Suite.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.Integrity, professionalism, and a strong work ethic.BenefitsWe offer a competitive salary package commensurate with experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package, including:Medical, dental, and vision insurance.Firm and production bonuses.401(k) plan with employer match.3 weeks paid time off and holidays.Professional development and training opportunities.Flexible work arrangements.
