We are committed to hiring the best, most talented people and empowering them to thrive, grow meaningful careers, and find a place where they belong.What this job involves:Join JLL's Amazon Global Real Estate & Facilities (GREF) team as an M&A Integration Manager, where you will orchestrate complex merger and acquisition integrations that drive transformational growth across our global real estate platform.What your day-to-day will look like:Develop and execute comprehensive integration strategies for global M&A transactions, ensuring alignment with JLL's strategic objectivesLead and coordinate cross-functional integration teams across multiple regions and business lines to deliver seamless company acquisitionsCreate high-quality written and verbal client communications, including critical whitepaper development, to maintain transparency and confidence throughout integration processesPrepare and deliver executive-level client presentations with influence and impact, positioning JLL as the trusted advisor throughout transition periodsIdentify, assess, and mitigate integration risks while developing innovative solutions to complex operational and organizational challengesMonitor integration progress against key performance indicators and financial targets, providing regular reporting to senior leadership and stakeholdersCollaborate directly with C-suite executives and senior client leaders to ensure integration efforts support broader business strategy and client relationshipsRequired Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferredMinimum 7-10 years of experience in M&A integration, corporate development, or management consulting with demonstrated leadership successProven track record of leading complex, multi-stakeholder projects and managing cross-functional teams in global organizationsExceptional written and verbal communication skills with experience in executive-level presentation development and whitepaper creationStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with ability to navigate complex operational and organizational challengesExperience influencing senior executives and external stakeholders without direct authorityProfessional certifications in project management (PMP) or change management preferredPreferred Qualifications:Real estate industry experience or familiarity with commercial real estate markets and servicesInternational business experience with understanding of global market dynamics and cultural considerationsAdvanced proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and integration planning toolsExperience with GIS technologies, research methodologies, or economic forecastingTrack record of successful client relationship management and business development activitiesFamiliarity with regulatory compliance requirements across multiple jurisdictionsSecond language proficiency beneficial for global client and team interactionsLocation: Onsite - Arlington, VA, Austin, TX, Nashville, TN, Seattle, WAAt JLL, we are collectively shaping a brighter way - for our clients, ourselves, and our fellow employees.JLL is an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to diversity and inclusion.Estimated compensation for this position: $131,000.00 - $160,000.00 USD per yearPersonalized benefits that support personal well-being and growth:401(k) plan with matching company contributionsComprehensive Medical, Dental & Vision CarePaid parental leave at 100% of salaryPaid Time Off and Company HolidaysJLL recognizes the impact that the workplace can have on your wellness, so we offer a supportive culture and comprehensive benefits package that prioritizes mental, physical, and emotional health.Pursuant to the Arizona Civil Rights Act, criminal convictions are not an absolute bar to employment.Pursuant to Illinois Law, applicants are not obligated to disclose sealed or expunged records of conviction or arrest.Pursuant to Columbia, SC ordinance, this position is subject to a background check for any convictions directly related to its duties and responsibilities.California Residents onlyIf you are a California resident as defined in the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), please view our Supplemental Privacy Statement, which describes your rights and disclosures about your personal information.Pursuant to the Los Angeles Fair Chance Initiative for Hiring Ordinance, JLL will consider for employment all qualified Applicants, including those with Criminal Histories, in a manner consistent with the requirements of applicable state and local laws.Pursuant to the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance, we will consider for employment qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records. #J-18808-Ljbffr
