We provide learning and career development opportunities, a world‑class training facility and leading market tools to help our staff grow professionally and personally.We are looking for a Manager to join our KPMG Strategy practice to support domestic and global post‑deal HR integrations for Fortune 1000, middle‑market companies and private‑equity investors.ResponsibilitiesPerform domestic and global post‑deal HR integrations for mergers, acquisitions, spin‑offs, carve‑outs, and other similar transactions.Work with cross‑functional integration and separation teams on the HR portion of engagement, focusing on the establishment and merging of compensation and benefits platforms.Participate in identifying HR, compensation, and benefit plan exposures in HR due diligence.Manage the engagement process from start to finish, including setting scopes, budgets, staffing resources, creating client‑ready deliverables, and communicating results with clients.Develop, coach, and mentor junior team members.QualificationsMinimum five years of experience in the design and implementation of active health and welfare plans; experience with other compensation and benefit plans is a plus.Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university/college.Either attained or on track to attain FSA, EA, CEBS, CCP, and/or CEP designations.Significant experience in project management – planning, organizing, coordinating, and managing staff, clients, and/or partners toward successful project completion.Highly motivated, self‑starter, team player with positive attitude and strong communication and relationship‑building skills.Willingness and ability to travel.Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment‑based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
