Assistant Store Manager – Wildwood, FL John’s Franchise Holdings Benefit Corporation (JFH), a veteran‑owned enterprise, is launching a new Jimmy John’s® location in Wildwood, FL. JFH empowers veteran leaders through a comprehensive ownership training program and is committed to delivering exceptional service. Position Type: Full‑time, on‑site (Virtual to Start). Location: Wildwood, FL (Virtual to Start). Reports To: Store Owner. Key Responsibilities Improve workflows to enhance operational efficiency while ensuring superior customer service. Supervise, train, and develop staff, support correct inventory control, and implement effective retail loss prevention strategies. Proactively address customer satisfaction, resolve issues efficiently, and drive sales performance through innovative initiatives. Motivate and engage the team to consistently uphold Jimmy John’s® brand standards and promote a culture of operational excellence. Qualifications Strong customer focus with a genuine commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to inspire and manage a team, complemented by strong leadership and problem‑solving abilities. Background in store management or operational processes, with knowledge of retail loss prevention practices. Prior experience in retail or food service environments is a significant advantage. Experience with ADP and PDQ POS is highly sought after. Familiarity with point‑of‑sale systems, delivery operations, or veteran‑led business environments is a plus. Compensation and Benefits Competitive annual salary ranging from $40,000 to $50,000, based on skills and experience. Performance‑based incentives and professional development through JFH’s veteran leadership training program. Seniority Level: Mid‑Senior level Application Deadline: December 06, 2025.
