Qualifications:

Responsibilities:
As the Assistant General Counsel, you'll play a pivotal role in:
- Coordinating and representing litigation matters
- Representing locals and members in arbitration, the Division of Labor Relations, and various state, federal, and municipal administrative forums
- Occasional representation of employees or the union in state and federal courts
- Managing policy matters impacting public workers
