passionate Salesperson/Stylist to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong
sense of style and a drive to build lasting relationships with clients. If you have a flair for fashion
and a talent for customer outreach, we'd love to meet you
Job Responsibilities:
● Client Outreach & Relationship Building:
○ Develop and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients.
○ Proactively reach out to customers through phone calls, emails, and in-store
interactions to introduce new collections, exclusive offers, and special events.
○ Personalize shopping experiences for clients by understanding their preferences
and recommending products based on their needs and style.
○ Utilize Client Book to track customer interactions, preferences, and sales
opportunities.
● Styling & Product Knowledge:
○ Offer personalized styling advice to clients, helping them put together outfits and
select pieces that complement their style and wardrobe.
○ Stay up to date with fashion trends, store inventory, and seasonal collections to
provide expert advice and recommendations.
○ Provide excellent customer service by assisting clients in finding the perfect fit,
color, and style, ensuring they feel confident and happy with their purchases.
● Sales & Target Achievement:
○ Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets by delivering exceptional
service and building customer loyalty.
○ Maintain high standards of visual merchandising, ensuring the store is always
looking its best.
● Team Collaboration:
○ Collaborate with the store team to ensure an exceptional customer experience
and maintain store operations.
○ Participate in team meetings, contributing to ideas for promotions, events, and
new sales initiatives.
○ Assist with inventory management, ensuring that products are stocked and
displayed according to company guidelines.
● Event & Promotion Participation:
○ Assist with hosting in-store events, styling sessions, or trunk shows to engage
clients and increase sales.
○ Help organize promotions and sales events to attract new customers and
maintain client interest.
Qualifications:
● Proven experience in retail sales, customer service, or as a stylist in a fashion retail
environment.
● Strong client outreach skills, with a passion for building relationships and growing a loyal
customer base.
● Deep understanding of fashion trends and styling, with the ability to offer personalized
recommendations to clients.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, professional demeanor.
● Ability to meet sales targets and drive business results.
● Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
● Prior experience with luxury or high-end fashion is a plus but not required.
