Account Manager

One of our clients is looking for an Account Manager to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact for all account-related matters.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and develop customized strategies to meet their needs.
• Work closely with an internal team dispersed globally to ensure optimal client care.
• Proactively identify opportunities for account growth and upsell additional services or products to existing clients.
• Stay informed about industry trends providing thought leadership and strategic guidance to clients.
• Resolve any client issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner, maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.

Qualifications:
• Understanding of the online advertising ecosystem, ideally an experience with native ads and social media advertising
• Experience with working with international clients and teams
• Excellent communication skills with clients and internal stakeholders
• Proven ability to work interpedently and self manage
• Strong ability to prioritize, select and focus on high impact tasks
