HR Business Partner Company - Manufacturing Company - Alpharetta, GAThe HR Business Partner will play a crucial role in aligning HR initiatives with the overall business strategy and goals of the organization. This individual will serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders, providing expert HR guidance, coaching, and support to drive business performance and employee engagement.Responsibilities:Collaborate with business leaders to understand their needs and provide HR solutions that align with business goalsDesign and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs that support organizational effectiveness and employee engagementOffer guidance and support on a variety of HR-related issues, including employee relations, performance management, talent development, and employee engagementEnsure compliance with all applicable HR laws and regulationsBuild and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including employees, managers, and senior leadersContribute to the design and execution of talent management initiatives, such as performance evaluations, onboarding, benefits administration, and terminationsAnalyze HR data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and provide data-driven recommendations for HR initiativesHandle HR operations and administration in a timely and effective mannerRequirements:Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field8+ years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a business partner roleDemonstrated success in developing and implementing HR strategies that align with business goalsStrong business acumen and ability to think strategicallyExcellent interpersonal, communication, and coaching skillsStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsThorough knowledge of HR laws and regulationsAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple prioritiesFluency in both English and SpanishIf you are a seasoned HR professional with a passion for driving business success and a commitment to employee engagement, we would like to hear from you.
