- Case is located Columbia Heights, MN
- 52-year-old Male
- Quadriplegia
- Foley Catheter
- Wound Cares
- Trach (respiratory cares/oxygen)
- GJ Tube
- Therapies
- Start times flexible 9am - 10 am to 7pm - 8pm
- 10 hours per day
Responsibilities:
- Administer nursing care to client
- Help maintain patients' treatment plan
- Monitor and report changes in patient symptoms and/or behaviors
- Maintain accurate patient medical records
- Provide advice and support to patients and their family members
Qualifications:
- Work from a place of caring and honoring the dignity of all clients
- RN or LPN Minnesota License
- Ability to build rapport with patients
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
