Our client is looking for a per diem Nurse Practitioner to join our team. They are a start up wound care facility that needs help with wound grafting. If you are looking for extra work and enjoy working flexible hours, this is the role for you

*Job Overview:*
* Per Diem - working when you are needed.
* Hours are 8am-5pm but can/will be flexible depending on your hours.
* Mostly cases on Thursday and Friday; some on Saturdays
* Willingness to travel to other locations in the city of Dallas, TX. \* You will be reimbursed for mileage.
* Maximum is 3-4 visits/week for now, but will increase over time

*Duties:*
* Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and examinations
* Be able to perform proper wound care treatments per patient
* Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
* Provide patient education on health maintenance and disease prevention
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
* Participate in discharge planning and follow-up care
* Main responsibilities will be doing wound grafting

*Skills:*
* Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
* Proficiency in electronic health record systems
* Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care

Qualifications:
* MUST have at least 1 year of wound grafting experience
* Ability to reliably travel within Dallas to different offices locations
