We have built a flexible and diverse work environment where new ideas are encouraged and everyone is a stakeholder.What You’ll Be Responsible ForLead, as a Senior Director, our Industry Marketing and ABM functions with a global remit; report to the VP of Growth Marketing and liaise with global Business Development leadership for pre-Sales Demand Generation initiatives.Develop our account-centric demand generation plan across products, verticals, channels, and geographies; lead industry and deal-specific positioning across focus verticals (Payments, Banking) to deliver pre-Sales consideration and pipeline.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Business Development, Partner Marketing, Product Marketing, Content, Creative Labs, Sales Development, Field Marketing, Marketing Operations) to develop customized deal-centric positioning for pre-sales prospecting and deal maturation.Build strategy to map product messages to customer needs and drive engagement with target markets; manage high-powered stakeholders to drive results.What You’ll Bring To CircleCore Requirements12+ years of experience in ABM, Demand Generation, Industry Marketing, strategic go-to-market, or product/partner marketing; hands-on execution in fintech verticals (e.g., crypto, payments, banking, or financial infrastructure) preferred.5+ years of people management experience and 5+ years partnering with Sales and Business Development teams.Expertise in B2B campaign design and deployment, messaging development and results analysis, and reporting.Proven ability to develop clear, differentiated messaging for complex, technical products.Robust understanding of global money movement mechanics; strong cross-functional collaboration skills.High integrity, curiosity, and proactive leadership in ambiguous environments.Preferred RequirementsUnderstanding of how fintech/crypto infrastructure enables automation and acceleration of money movement, storage, and access.Strong time and project management skills with ability to multitask and prioritize.Proven success navigating complex business environments and driving effective execution.Additional InformationThis position is eligible for day-one PERM sponsorship for qualified candidates.Circle is on a mission to create an inclusive financial future.
