Perform calibration and adjustments on measurement equipment according to established schedule and standards - including utilizing Fluke MET/CAL calibration software or other relevant calibration software.2. Troubleshoot and repair problems of basic complexity. Scrap equipment through established processes.3. Maintain accurate MET/TEAM database calibration records for all standards and measurement equipment in use.4. Work with co-located internal customers and SEL Field Office customers to establish/schedule equipment availability for required calibration. Responsibilities include but are not limited to receiving, shipping and calibrating the customer's equipment to meet the customer's expectations and deadlines.5. Coordinate outsourced equipment calibration through factory and third-party vendors.Required Qualifications Two-year technical degree, technical certification, or equivalent work experience in Manufacturing Familiarity with modern test equipment with a basic working knowledge of analog and digital electronics Good technical writing and presentation skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office Ability to learn new skills and assume new responsibilities with a positive attitude Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment with very good Customer Service Background check results satisfactory to SEL Negative drug test result(s) Preferred Qualifications Two-year electronic technology associate degree or successful completion of an SEL Calibration Apprenticeship, or equivalent experience SEL Calibration Equipment Exchange (CEE) certified Knowledge of calibration equipment with electronic calibration troubleshooting experience Experience with Fluke Metrology Software and Fluke Metrology Database Maintenance Physical Requirements Lift, push, pull and maneuver up to 30 pounds frequently, and up to 40 pounds occasionally Pull weight from high/low shelves Sit and/or stand at least 8 hours Vision correctable to 20/30 or better Ability to differentiate color Use of computer keyboard devices Reach Bend Grip Twist Fine finger dexterity LocationPullman, WA - SEL's corporate office is located in Eastern Washington where you'll enjoy an unmatched quality of life.
