As we expand our product and service offerings, we are looking for a dynamic Product Manager to join our team to support the rapid growth of our HR compliance platform.position summaryAs a Sr. Product Manager, you will own the roadmap and execution for our Labor Law Posters and Compliance Lifecycle Management products. You’ll collaborate closely with engineering, design, operations, and compliance experts to deliver intuitive solutions that reduce administrative burden and help clients stay ahead of rapidly evolving regulatory changes. This is a highly cross‑functional role that requires both strategic vision and hands‑on execution.Key ResponsibilitiesDefine and execute product roadmaps aligned with company strategy and client needsWrite concise product requirements (i.e., epics, feature, stories, and) that capture the vision, goals, and detailed business requirements of new product featuresGather and prioritize product requirements through customer interviews, market and competitive research, and internal feedback from key stakeholdersDevelop business cases for new feature development that balance compliance rigor, business scalability, and financial impactTranslate complex compliance workflows into simple, intuitive user experiencesFacilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily standups, sprint demos, and retrospectives to ensure team alignment and continuous improvementPartner with engineering to ensure clear requirements, accurate scoping, and timely deliveryCollaborate with operations (i.e., subject matter experts), marketing, and legal teams to anticipate regulatory changes and proactively embed them into product definition/designOwn the creation and maintenance of internal sales documents (i.e., walking deck, pitch deck, playbooks, etc.) and client deliverables (i.e., guides, one‑pagers)Act as subject matter liaison between clients, internal compliance experts, and product development teams to support client onboarding and product adoptionContribute to go‑to‑market planning, product positioning, demos, and sales enablementDefine and monitor overall product performance through metrics, client feedback, and adoption rates; adjust feature prioritization as neededqualifications8+ years of product management, client advisory, and/or technical implementation experience in SaaS, HR tech, or compliance‑related fieldsStrong track record of delivering B2B software products end‑to‑endAbility to translate complex legal/regulatory concepts into practical product requirementsExcellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skillsExperience with Agile development practices and backlog management tools (e.g., Jira)Strong analytical skills, with ability to use data to drive decisionsSelf‑starter comfortable working remotely and across distributed teamspreferred qualificationsBackground in HR technology, workforce compliance, or employment lawFamiliarity with SaaS metrics and financial modeling.Experience scaling products in a private equity–backed or high‑growth environmentWhat We Offer:100% remote work environment with flexible schedulingCompetitive compensation and benefits packageMission‑driven culture focused on empowering organizations through compliance excellenceProfessional development opportunities in a growing company at the intersection of compliance and technologyOpportunity to shape the next phase of OutSolve’s go‑to‑market growth in a leadership capacityCompetitive compensation, benefits, and performance‑based incentivesFull benefits package: health, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO, and moreWorld‑class sales training, mentorship, and technologyA collaborative, ambitious culture that values ownership, accountability, and resultsRemote flexibility with up to 10% travel for leadership meetings and client eventsAbout OutSolveOutSolve handles employers’ HR compliance so they can prioritize employee relations over regulations.
