The company is at a very exciting phase of their growth as they look to increase headcount in the Seattle area. With a major regional surgeon onboard and a very prominent KOL in the region the territory is currently performing well as they look for an ambitious Territory Manager to grow the business further. Given the robust business within the region the ideal candidate is someone who already has experience selling into Chronic Pain (SCS or a spine related area for example) and would be able to hit the ground running. This would be ideal for an existing territory manager or perhaps someone with a clinical specialist background who would be interested in taking the next step and 'owning' a successful territory with full sales responsibility. Location: Seattle, WA | Salary Range: $203,400 - $294,925 | Posted 1 week ago Key Responsibilities Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve territory sales goals and performance targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with key hospitals, KOL's and Dr's. Identify new business opportunities and prospects within the assigned territory through research, networking, and market analysis. Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions for customers and partners. Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms of sale in alignment with company policies and profit objectives. Monitor competitor activity and market trends to identify opportunities and threats. Collaborate with marketing, operations, and product teams to ensure seamless customer service and delivery. Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, forecasts, and customer interactions in CRM systems. Provide timely reporting on territory performance, market conditions, and sales forecasts to management. Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and customer events as needed. Qualifications 2–5 years of successful sales experience, preferably in Neuromodulation or Chronic pain. Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets. Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
