The Memphian, a new build 106 room Tribute Portfolio hotel with two unique food outlets, Complicated Pilgrim a full-service restaurant featuring seasonal menus and Tiger and Peacock, a rooftop bar serving innovative tapas and signature drinks is looking for restaurant staff including bartenders. Located in Overton Square, The Memphian is set to become the place to stay and dine in Memphis. Designed to showcase the creativity and grit that makes so many proud to call midtown Memphis home, The Memphian will celebrate the arts and entertainment in a way that only Overton Square can do and we are looking for team members who are dedicated to making the restaurants the destination in Memphis

As the bartender, you will be responsible for ensuring guest satisfaction by mixing drinks to the hotel standards. You will be responsible for greeting guest in a timely manner while using your suggestive sales techniques to up-sell to premium products.

The ideal candidate will have at least one (1) year of experience working as a bartender; understands the importance of outstanding guest service as well as following proper accounting procedures including verifying room and credit card charges while working as a member of the team.
