The Memphian, the next great thing in Overton Square, is looking for a Barista to prepare and serve hot and cold beverages, including various types of coffee and tea. If you are interested in educating customers on the drink menu including making recommendations based upon the guest preferences and know how to up-sell while taking orders this could be the job for you

The ideal candidate will have customer service skills and knowledge of how brewing equipment operates; be able to work various shifts and be able to work under pressure. Ultimately, youll ensure an excellent drinking experience for our guests.

The Memphian, a new build 106 room Tribute Portfolio hotel with two unique food outlets, Complicated Pilgrim a full-service restaurant featuring seasonal menus and Tiger and Peacock, a rooftop bar serving innovative tapas and signature is opening soon. The Memphian is set to become the place to stay and dine in Memphis. Designed to showcase the creativity and grit that makes so many proud to call midtown Memphis home, The Memphian will celebrate the arts and entertainment in a way that only Overton Square can do and we are looking for team members who are dedicated to making the restaurants the destination in Memphis.
