This individual will play a key role in identifying new client opportunities, building long-term relationships, and delivering tailored staffing solutions aligned with business and technology needs. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute business development strategies to acquire new clients and expand partnerships across multiple industries. Identify and engage decision-makers responsible for IT and technology staffing needs. Promote IT staff augmentation services, including contract, contract-to-hire, and direct placement for roles such as software developers, data analysts, infrastructure engineers, cybersecurity professionals, and project managers. Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities through networking, referrals, online platforms, and targeted outreach. Conduct discovery meetings to understand client needs and provide tailored IT staffing solutions. Collaborate with internal recruiting teams to ensure candidate submissions align with client requirements, including skills, certifications, and experience. Prepare and deliver customized proposals and presentations aligned with client goals and budgets. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms while ensuring long-term value for both client and company.
