What You’ll Do Lead the development and execution of operational excellence strategies to improve efficiency, quality, and outcomes across behavioral health programs. Design and implement performance management systems, dashboards, and metrics to track productivity and program impact. Partner with program and clinical leadership to analyze data, identify trends, and implement solutions that optimize service delivery. Lead process improvement and change management initiatives, engaging teams to adopt innovative, sustainable practices. Contribute to the operationalization of new programs, grants, and growth initiatives. Provide guidance and training to managers and staff on operational tools, workflows, and continuous improvement methodologies. Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM Qualifications Master’s degree in public administration, Business Administration, Health Administration, or a related field preferred. Minimum of 3 to 5 years of progressive experience in operations, quality improvement, or performance management, preferably in a behavioral health or human services environment. Demonstrated success leading process improvement or operational transformation initiatives. Familiarity with behavioral health regulatory standards and funding models.
