Office Administrator / Accounts Receivable Coordinator 
Salary: $23-26/hr. based on experience
Hours: M-F, 9:00-5:30pm (an hour for lunch) in season, 8:30-5:00pm off season
Contract to hire

Responsibilities:
  • Accounts Receivable, collections, bank runs etc
  • Primary person answering phones, directing calls, texting salesmen, etc.
  • Copying/filing etc
  • Greeting customers at window
  • Opening Mail
  • Preparing quotes daily with rest of staff
  • Maintenance of MSDS books
  • Responsible for making Booklets that customers receive
  • Data entry
  • Other tasks as assigned

Requirements:
  • 2-5 years of similar experience
  • Sage 300 experience is a plus, or similar experience working with ERP/MRP system
  • Prior Accounts Receivable experience is ideal
  • Quoting experience is preferred
  • Comfortable working in a smaller office environment
  • Ability to prioritize tasks
