With world-class technology iteration capabilities and extensive international market resources, we are actively expanding our presence in North America and global markets.ResponsibilitiesConduct demonstrations, testing, deployment, and technical support for robotic systems, including AGVs, wheeled robots, drones, and robotic arms.Independently perform robot installation, setup, and troubleshooting, and deliver training sessions to customers.Prepare high-quality technical documents, demonstration reports, and customer-facing solution materials.Present products effectively through PPT, video, and live demo formats to internal and external customers.Collaborate closely with R&D, sales, and customer teams to gather feedback and support product improvements.Provide on-site support for customer projects, ensuring smooth execution and issue resolution.Travel frequently (50%+ domestic and international) to support customer demonstrations and technical engagements.QualificationsBachelor’s degree or above in Electronics, Automation, Robotics, or related fields.Hands-on experience with at least two of the following: AGVs, wheeled robots, drones, or robotic arms.Strong technical breadth with proven ability to quickly learn and apply new skills.Demonstrated ability in robot installation, integration, and troubleshooting.Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to clearly explain technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders.Skilled in preparing and delivering PPT presentations and demo videos.Strong sense of responsibility and teamwork.
