We are looking for experienced, energetic, and hospitality focused team members to join our team

Job Responsibilities:
•Complete knowledge of all stations in kitchen, and recipes, portions, and presentation of entrees
•Effectively communicates and manage all kitchen personnel to ensure efficient operations and adherence to company policies and procedures
•Ability to work under pressure in a high-energy and demanding environment
•Ensure that all kitchen equipment, including but not limited to sinks, stoves, grills, hoods, coolers, freezers, etc., are in proper operational condition and are cleaned on a regular basis.
•Ensure that all kitchen areas and related storerooms are cleaned, mopped, and properly stocked according to anticipated business volume and in accordance with sanitation and health department requirements. Notify Chefs immediately of any maintenance and repair needs.
•Prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner
•Focus on correct food portioning, plating, and garnishes
•Maintain a clean workspace, and adhere to all safety protocols to be health department ready
•Follow all kitchen safety protocols including using a cut glove, slicer safety, safe lifting, etc.
•Helping to unload and organize food delivery orders
•Setting your station up for success, and properly prepping prior to the rush
•Communicating with your kitchen manager regarding par levels and needs.
•Maintain a positive, professional teamwork approach with your fellow team members both HOH and FOH

Job Requirements:
•Must have an open availability including weekends and holidays
•Minimum of 2 years cooking in a full-service restaurant
•Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience
•Strong multi-tasking ability, with the ability to work well under pressure
•Positive and Professional Attitude
•Must be at least 18 years old
•Must present a Food Handlers card within 30 days of hire
•Must be comfortable with repetitive movements such a slicing and dicing food items
•Must be able to walk, stand, reach, lift, bend, kneel, stoop, and twist for 4-12 hours/day
•Must be able to push, pull, or lift items weighing up to 50 pounds.
