Conduct follow‑ups with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved satisfactorily. Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred. Proven experience in a customer service or support role. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong problem‑solving abilities with a customer‑centric approach. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment. Proficiency in using customer support software and CRM systems.
