In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers seeking assistance with our products and services. Department: Comvox CoEmployment Type: Full TimeLocation: Washington, DCWorkplace type: OnsiteCompensation: $50,000 - $60,000 / year Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely resolutions via phone, email, and live chat. Assist customers in navigating our products and services, ensuring they maximize their value. Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system. Identify and escalation complex issues to the appropriate departments for resolution. Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved to their satisfaction. Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and improve support processes. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is a plus. Proven experience in customer support or a related field. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
