Qualifications Bachelors degree in Finance, Business Management, or a related field from an accredited college/university is required Experience in delivery of a wide range of Financial Services solutions with a deep understanding of the industry and its challenges Strong client relationship development and management skills Excellent written and oral communication accompanied by strong interpersonal skills Solid organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to know when to escalate Eagerness to be involved with internal initiatives and interest to guide and lead Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook Flexibility to travel, as necessary Bonus points if you possess: Masters level degree from an accredited college/university or other additional certifications Experience and knowledge of Project Management principles and methodologies Advanced Microsoft Office Skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) A certification in one of the following: CAPM, PMP, Agile, Lean, Six Sigma, Business Analytics, Data Science, and/or Change Management Additional Information Compensation & Benefits Annual Salary + Annual Discretionary Bonus Healthcare coverage that includes medical, dental, vision, and life insurance policies Generous vacation/sick leave Parental leave paid at 100% of base pay for all new parents Building Healthy Families Program 9 Company Holidays + 1 Floating Holiday 401(k) Plan 4% matching on day 1 College save-up plan & college loan repayment plan Cell phone stipend Commuter Benefits Gym Reimbursement through firm medical plan Compensation Information Compensation for this role is between $110,000 to $113,000. In-person requirements vary by office location. Consultants are expected to be flexible with work location depending on business needs.
