About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Business Execution Consultant to support complex initiatives with enterprise-wide impact. This role requires deep expertise in business strategy, execution planning, and cross-functional leadership. You will evaluate multilayered business problems, consult with senior stakeholders, and deliver solutions that drive operational effectiveness and long-term business outcomes.

The ideal candidate brings strong strategic thinking, polished communication skills, and the ability to influence decisions across diverse business units.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide consultation on complex, large-scale business initiatives that require in-depth analysis.
  • Review and evaluate multi-faceted business execution challenges, including strategic, operational, and compliance elements.
  • Develop recommendations and contribute to resolving long-term, high-impact issues.
  • Partner with leaders across the organization to align priorities, processes, and deliverables.
  • Support strategic planning and execution across multiple business lines.
  • Interpret policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliant execution.
  • Drive operational efficiency and process improvements across business units.
  • Prepare presentations, executive updates, and recommendations for leadership.
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in Business Execution, Strategy, Implementation, Consulting, or related fields.
  • Proven ability to solve complex, multi-layered business problems.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and strategic planning skills.
  • Experience working in regulated corporate environments (financial services preferred).
  • Ability to collaborate and influence at all levels, including senior leadership.

  • Experience with enterprise transformation or business process optimization.
  • Consulting background (internal or external).
  • Strong executive presence and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work with ambiguity and drive clarity.
