Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care, including administering medications. Monitor and assess patient conditions, including vital signs and symptoms Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans Document patient information and maintain accurate medical records Educate patients and their families on healthcare procedures and selfcare techniques Respond to emergencies and provide immediate medical interventions as necessary Adhere to all healthcare regulations, protocols, and standards
Skills:
Proficient in patient care techniques, including IV insertion, catheterization, and catheter care Experience in critical care settings, with the ability to handle highstress situations Knowledge of medical imaging procedures and interpretation of results Strong assessment and observation skills to monitor patient conditions accurately Ability to provide specialized care for patients with memoryrelated conditions Proficiency in using electronic health record systems for documentation
