Senior Financial Analyst – Onsite Full Time Global industry leader is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst. This organization is growing in the US, adding 4 plants in the next 3 years. Each Senior Analyst is responsible for the budget/forecast for 1-2 plants. The ideal candidate comes has 3+ years of largest company financial analysis experience. 100% onsite opportunity with some travel. Base Pay Range $105,000.00/yr - $115,000.00/yr. Responsibilities Create and share comprehensive reports for Plant Managers, Manufacturing Directors, and VP of Operations. Combine monthly production metrics with financial data to highlight cost-related production issues. Monitor reports to identify delays in compliance with plant processes and work with plant operations staff to address issues promptly. Assist in the annual planning process with Plant Management by using past performance to make realistic forecasts and explore "what‑if" scenarios. After the annual plan is set, ensure accurate cost reporting by maintaining up-to-date Bill of Materials (BOM). Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Finance or Accounting. 3+ years of financial analysis experience. Large company experience.
