Job Overview: KBW has partnered with a highly regarded financial services firm seeking a Client Service Analyst. In this role, you will oversee and service assigned client relationships by addressing their needs, managing inquiries, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction. The position focuses on Fund Accounting, Administration, and Custody disciplines, requiring excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a client-centric approach. Responsibilities: Client Service Management Manage and resolve day-to-day client inquiries promptly while maintaining regular client communication. Proactively identify and share client insights with peers and management to improve services and address recurring issues. Serve as the primary contact for client escalations, sharing updates with internal teams for seamless resolution. Operational Support Work closely with internal departments to fulfill client requests and resolve issues. Analyze inquiry trends, provide automated solutions, and deliver training to clients to improve efficiency. Prepare agendas and meeting minutes, and coordinate follow-ups with internal and client teams. Technology Utilization Use internal systems and tools to manage client inquiries efficiently. Train clients on technology platforms to reduce manual processes and enhance their experience. Relationship Building Build strong relationships with clients and internal teams to foster collaboration and trust. Regularly meet with clients to review pending items and ensure satisfaction. Risk & Compliance Adhere to all company policies, ensuring the privacy and security of client information. Monitor and escalate potential risks, ensuring all communications are accurate and compliant. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Adaptable to new technologies and systems. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Why Join?
