Job Description
- Staffing model: 1-MD and 4-CRNAs
- Part-time Clinical position with Administrative duties
- Schedule: 2 weeks per month; consecutive weeks or alternating
- CRNAs work 3weeks on; rotating 1 week off
- Medical Directorship duties:
- Interface with C-suite, medical staff leaders, support personnel.
- Create strategies to maximize OR efficiency and institute new service lines.
- Create a culture of excellence in the surgery department.
- Work with Lead CRNA to be sure Anesthesia work flow has no issues.
- Attend committee/department monthly meetings in person; report back to Synergy during Bi-Weekly operation meetings.
- Consult on cases on as needed basis.

- EMR: Meditech; Anesthesia uses paper
License:
- Active WA license preferred, and Synergy can assist in securing a Washington license for the right candidate.
