This position is posted in anticipation of future business needs.What will you be doing?As a Marketing Manager in our US Orthopaedics division, you\'ll play a pivotal role in shaping and executing commercial strategies that drive growth across our product portfolio. This evergreen requisition is designed to build a pipeline of candidates for future opportunities in our marketing team.Develop and execute downstream marketing strategies to support product launches, customer engagement, and sustained revenue growth.Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Global Marketing, Supply Chain, Medical Education, and Sales Training teams.Provide product and technical support to internal stakeholders and field teams.Lead go-to-market planning including promotions, digital campaigns, medical education, and inventory coordination.Partner with upstream marketing and sales leadership to develop tools, resources, and reference sites.Represent Smith+Nephew at industry events, customer meetings, and internal strategic gatherings.What will you need to be successful?5+ years of marketing experience, ideally within orthopaedics or medical devices.Bachelor\'s degree required; advanced degree or specialization in healthcare marketing is a plus.Strategic thinker with strong execution skills and the ability to navigate a matrixed organization.Experience in capital equipment marketing and go-to-market planning.Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.Willingness to travel up to 50% as needed.Preferred LocationsMemphis, TNPittsburgh, PAAndover / Boston, MADallas / Fort Worth, TXOther major US commercial hubs may be consideredInclusion and BenefitsInclusion and Belonging - Committed to Welcoming, Celebrating and Thriving on Inclusion and Belonging.
