Licensed Nursing Home Administrator – iCare Health NetworkiCare Health Network is seeking an Administrator who will oversee and manage facility operations, business development, employee relations and financial duties at the innovative 60 West facility. The Administrator will work closely with the Director of Nursing to coordinate nursing responsibilities and support departmental managers and staff.ResponsibilitiesOversee all levels of resident care and ancillary services, ensuring quality standards and program compliance.Plan, develop, organize, implement, evaluate, and direct facility programs in line with company guidelines and state regulations.Maintain a clean, home‑like environment with strict safety and security standards.Respond to emergencies, regulatory visits, surveys, and other issues outside normal business hours as needed.Collect, analyze, and monitor facility department data and reports to meet and exceed performance goals.Ensure legal and ethical standards through ongoing review of Corporate Compliance plans.Be visible on all shifts and communicate goals to the staff.Drive the development of best practices and quality improvement initiatives.Ensure the admissions process runs smoothly and maintains 100% signed admission agreements.Oversee training for all staff to meet and exceed state and federal regulations and surveys, including developing and implementing correction plans.QualificationsCurrent Nursing Home Administrator license in Connecticut.Degree in Public Health, Business, Health Services, or a related field (preferred).Minimum of five years of experience in a skilled nursing facility or healthcare setting (preferred).Compensation & BenefitsCompetitive salary, commensurate with experience.Bonus program.Health, dental, and vision insurance.Paid time off (vacation, personal, and sick).401(k) retirement program.Short‑term and long‑term disability insurance.Accident, critical illness, and hospital indemnity coverage.Collaborative work environment.INDLP.Seniority levelAssociateEmployment typeFull‑timeJob functionHealth Care ProviderIndustriesHospitals and Health Care #J-18808-Ljbffr
