Reservations Supervisor, F&B

The F&B Reservation Supervisor is responsible for managing and optimizing the reservation process for parties and private dining experiences including rental of the Alpen Globe, the Yurt, The study, Library. This role involves reaching out to guests, upselling premium items such as bottles of champagne, birthday cakes, Amenities package and ensuring a seamless and memorable dining experience. The position includes a commission-based incentive on sales generated from bookings and upsells.

Your Journey

  • Manage and coordinate reservations for all outlets.
  • Manage reservation for all Holidays events
  • Manage all Restaurant reservation emails and request
  • Reach out to guests to confirm reservations and discuss special requests or needs.
  • Upsell premium items such as bottles of champagne, birthday cakes, and other special add-ons.
  • Maintain accurate records of reservations and guest preferences.
  • Collaborate with all restaurant's management team to ensure all guest needs are met and exceeded.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and address any guest concerns or issues promptly.
  • Track and report on sales performance and commission earnings.
  • F&B administration Responsibilities
  • Printing all special events menus
  • Maintain all Mores binder update and printing
  • EMC maintenance
About You
  • Previous experience in a similar role within the F&B industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to upsell and drive sales.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in reservation management systems and basic computer skills.
