Experience with General Windows Desktop and Server Administration
Experience with Virtual Desktop (Windows Virtual Desktop and VMware Horizons)
Cloud experience (Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Preferred but not required experience with: Autotask, Datto RMM, Auvik or Managed Services (MSP) experience a major plus
Bachelors preferred
Certification required: Microsoft MCSA/MCITP/MCSE, SonicWall CSSA, Cisco CCNA, VMWare VCP, CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, WatchGuard Fireware Essentials+, 3CX

DUTIES
Design, implement, and manage network infrastructure including servers, routers, switches, firewalls, storage solutions, virtualization solutions, and any other network devices.
Monitor network performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to enhance reliability, scalability, and availability.
Configure and maintain network protocols, such as TCP/IP, VLANs, OSPF, BGP, and VPNs, to ensure optimal performance and security.
Support and maintain technical issues involving Microsoft's core business applications such as Windows Server, Exchange, SQL, DirectAccess, Terminal Services/RDS.
Cloud environments like Azure, AWS, & Google Cloud.
Develop and maintain network documentation, diagrams, and procedures for reference and training purposes.
Support for Disaster Recovery strategies including server imaging and automated offsite backups.
Remote access solution implementation and support (i.e., VPN, Terminal Services, & Citrix)
Detailed documentation of customer s systems
Detailed documentation of time spent on service issues and projects.
Constant pursuit of technical improvement in all areas
Provide guidance, training, and technical support to junior team members and assist in their skill development.
Work with a team effectively and efficiently.
Adherence to Change Management, Problem Management, Asset Management, and Service Management
Some after hours are required as projects and emergencies come up.
