Die SAP-HCM-Landschaft ist technisch auf hohem Niveau und umfasst PA, OM, PT und PY. Im Fokus stehen die Optimierung bestehender HR-Prozesse sowie die Weiterentwicklung in Richtung hybridem HCM und SuccessFactors. Das Arbeitsumfeld ist sicher, sozial geprägt und stark auf Nachhaltigkeit und Mitarbeitendenorientierung ausgerichtet. Deine Aufgaben Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung der SAP-HCM-Module PA, OM, PY oder PT Customizing der Module sowie Pflege von Schemen und Regeln Umsetzung gesetzlicher Anpassungen sowie kollektivrechtlicher Vorgaben Analyse von Abrechnungsfehlern und Optimierung von Payroll-Läufen Beratung der HR-Fachbereiche aus Payroll, Zeitwirtschaft, HR Operations und Organisation Erstellung von Konzepten, Testfällen und technischer Dokumentation Monitoring und Analyse von Schnittstellen zu SuccessFactors, Zeitwirtschaft oder Finance Mitarbeit in Projekten wie der Einführung neuer HR-Prozesse, Digitalisierung von HR-Services und Migration in hybride SuccessFactors-Szenarien Dein Profil Mehrjährige SAP-HCM-Erfahrung in mindestens zwei Modulen wie PA, OM, PY oder PT Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Zeitwirtschaft oder Payroll inklusive Regel- und Schemasystematik Sichere Kenntnisse der steuerlichen und sozialversicherungsrechtlichen Abrechnungsvorgaben Analytische Fähigkeiten und starke HR-Prozesskompetenz Zuverlässige, pragmatische Arbeitsweise und hohe Serviceorientierung Interesse an Weiterentwicklung Richtung SuccessFactors ist willkommen Das wird geboten 32 Tage Urlaub Betriebliche Altersvorsorge Kinderbetreuung und familienfreundliche Leistungen Gesundheitsangebote wie Sportprogramme, Gesundheitsbudget oder Vorsorgeleistungen Weiterbildungsoptionen und Entwicklungsperspektiven Richtung SuccessFactors Moderne HR-IT-Landschaft und hoher Gestaltungsspielraum Interesse geweckt?
