With more than 1,000 employees, we are one of the most efficient and innovative SAP partners for medium-sized companies and enterprises with an international focus.Job DescriptionCustomer projects in the area of SAP HCM in all on-premise components with focus on Payroll Germany (PY-DE).Analysis of the customer situation, creation of process documents, conceptions and blueprints.System-side realization of customer requirements (including customizing, schemas and cycles in payroll accounting).Support in all project phases – conception, design, customizing, prototyping and roll out of SAP HCM.As a senior consultant, you will also take on partial project management in smaller teams on site at our customers.QualificationsCompleted university studies and several years of relevant professional experience.Knowledge of business and IT processes and their mapping in the SAP HCM system (PY).Experience with collective agreement regulations for remuneration, know-how in tax and social security law.Excellent knowledge of SAP specific schemas, cycles and characteristics.Experience with project management and consulting methods.Self-motivation, persuasiveness as well as assertiveness as well as solution/process-oriented thinking skills and strong methodological competence.Business fluent German and fluent English.Communication and teamwork skills and a convincing appearance.Additional Information30 days of paid vacation, internal and external training opportunities, MyN – Nagarro Employee Share Program, attractive company bicycle program, company-funded accident insurance policy, modern office space at central locations with high-tech equipment, sports programs, access to the corporate benefits portal, free fruit and drinks.Plenty of room for innovation in a high-growth environment with the latest technologies and products.
