We're looking for a strategic and results‑driven Project Director to lead complex initiatives from concept to completion. In this role, you'll oversee all aspects of project execution — from resource planning and budgeting to technical delivery and stakeholder alignment — ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget. Champion Safety & Quality Ensure all Health, Safety & Environmental standards meet or exceed Linxonand client expectations. Secure permits and legal documentation and uphold rigorous quality plans throughout the project lifecycle. Own Project Success Take full P&L responsibility for complex infrastructure projects. Develop cost‑effective strategies, monitor progress, and ensure timely, high‑quality delivery within budget. Lead High‑Performing Teams Manage project managers and empower them to lead their teams effectively. Oversee resource planning, recruitment, and performance management across a portfolio of projects. Drive Strategic Execution Align project goals with broader organizational and market dynamics. Make informed decisions, manage risks, and support future business opportunities through collaboration with sales and tendering teams. Engage Stakeholders Act as the senior point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and ensuring expectations are exceeded. Collaborate on subcontractor selection and contract negotiations. Stay Ahead of the Curve Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform project strategy and execution. Mitigate Risk & Seize Opportunity Proactively manage risks and identify opportunities across customer and supply chain relationships to protect timelines and reputation. Who you are?
