You will be valued, cared for, and challenged on your path to becoming a world‑class professional consultant.What You’ll DoLead $50M–$150M design‑build projects from concept to closeout as the single point of accountability to clients and project teams.Partner with multidisciplinary teams to deliver solutions in Food & Beverage, Home & Personal Care, Life Sciences, or Advanced Technology markets.Strengthen and grow relationships with clients (local, regional, national) and other project stakeholders by establishing and maintaining close alignment on scope, schedule, and budget.Ensure quality and on‑time delivery from design and preconstruction through completion.Foster trust, innovation, and continuous improvement using lessons learned and emerging technologies.Support marketing initiatives and identify opportunities to grow projects and find new business opportunities.What You’ll Bring15+ years of leadership in large‑scale engineering design and construction projects within an AEC consulting environment.Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, resources, and risks in complex project settings.Track record delivering high‑quality design‑build projects on time and on budget.Experience in Food & Beverage, Home & Personal Care, Life Sciences, or Advanced Technology sectors with a commitment to safety, sustainability, and quality.Proficiency in planning, scheduling, documentation, and leading multidisciplinary teams.Adaptive, collaborative leader skilled at building strong relationships and guiding diverse stakeholder groups toward shared goals.Bachelor’s in Engineering from an ABET‑accredited university (required).Contractor Qualifier License(s) or willingness to obtain in multiple states.Ability to travel for project needs, client meetings, and industry events.As a Project Director, you will build a meaningful and fulfilling career with support of professional development resources and mentorships including our First Year Experience program, Individual Development Plans, and Career Path resources and tools.Feel like you’re on the path to becoming a Project Director but you’re not quite there yet?
