As a Senior Product Manager - Windows 365, you will get an amazing opportunity to demonstrate leadership at both business and technology level. You will get to extend your knowledge of desktop virtualization and technical areas including Windows, Office, and our cloud-based management suite, and drive product improvements into Azure and M365. You will be part of a team designing new capabilities for our core products to enhance the value to our customer base. Responsibilities Competitive and market assessment for new product features and consensus building with senior leadership on product strategy. Requirements analysis from customers and other partner teams, identifying the main drivers of long‑term growth in the area. Product/feature specifications development with a stringent focus on quality, performance, and ease of use. Collaboration with Engineering, Marketing, Design and Support teams to develop feature prioritization and roadmap. Delivery of high value features in collaboration with Engineering. Speaking engagements at 1:1 and 1:many customer events for the specific area you are responsible for. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree AND 5+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development or equivalent experience. 5+ years of product management experience, overseeing successful product launches by effectively meeting market demands and business objectives. Key skills include strategic planning, cross‑functional collaboration, and data‑driven product lifecycle management. 2+ years of experience designing and delivering Cloud and SaaS products. Preferred Qualifications 3+ years experience developing cross‑platform frameworks compatible with Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux. Proven experience in operating systems, software, and similarly complex technical fields. Proactive approach to ambiguity with an agile mindset. Other Requirements Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements is required for this role. Product Management IC4 – The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $119,800 – $234,700 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
