Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Confirm specifications of detailed roof inspection reports and work orders to confirm damages and necessary repairs to start projects daily.
  • Perform routine maintenance and emergency repairs on various types of roofing systems.
  • Install new roofs and replace existing roofs using a variety of materials.
  • Ensure all installations and repairs meet quality standards, building codes, and manufacturer specifications,
  • Collaborate with the project management team to schedule repairs and communicate job progress.
  • Educate clients on general roof care and maintenance practices.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment and adhere to all safety regulations.
The ideal candidate should possess:
  • 3+ Years proven experience as a Roofing Technician, Foreman, Lead, or a similar role in the roofing industry.
  • Knowledge of different roofing systems (shingles, metal, EPDM, capping, flashing, low slope, etc.) and installation methods.
  • Ability to safely handle tools and materials, such as ladders, nail guns, and roofing shingles.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Physical ability to lift heavy materials and work at heights.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Willingness to work in various weather conditions and to travel to different job sites within the region.
