Overview:

As the International Operations Specialist, you will manage and execute the launch of our Anytime Fitness (AF) products and services within International markets. This position requires a results-oriented and customer-focused individual with strong project management experience and excellent communication skills. This person will work closely with cross-functional partners and global stakeholders to implement initiatives that impact franchisee business performance such as AUV/SSS and results in brand standardization.

Purpose/Impact: (Duties & Essential Functions)

* Support International Operations team to rollout initiatives that support brand priorities and goals.
* Provide project management support to ensure a rollout that reflects the AF brand experience yet works within country operational specifications.
* Proactively identify and address challenges and risks related to rollouts and developing change management plans as necessary.
* Work with AF Global teams to maintain current system documentation, including detailed user guides, diagrams, and presentations related to business initiatives.
* Partner with the AF Global teams to leverage data and financials to influence scalable business decisions and improve new implementation processes in support of business initiatives.
* Partner with the AF Global teams to support clear and concise Master Franchise communications, education, and field support relating to new launches and updates to existing programs or services.
* Conduct post-implementation reviews with all stakeholders to capture lessons learned and identify opportunities to enhance processes and methodologies for ongoing support and improvement to scalability.
* Promote system-wide uniformity, adoption, and adaptation of brand programs, operational standards, and procedures and implement scaled programs to monitor club performance against standards.
* Support International customer events such as Master Conferences and/or Summits.

Background:

* A Bachelors degree in Business Administration, International Business, Communications or related field.
* 3+ years of proven excellence in business operations experience in service organizations and franchising strongly preferred.
* Strong cultural awareness and sensitivity are critical for navigating diverse international markets. Experience working with teams and clients from different cultural backgrounds is highly valuable.
* Strong business acumen and keen understanding of customer behaviors and preferences globally.
* Anytime Fitness club experience strongly preferred.
* MS Office proficiency, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word.?
* Ability to travel both domestically and internationally when applicable to initiatives and/or professional development. Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid passport and obtain required visas for travel to existing and new markets.
