Showroom Specialist

Accentuate Staffing is currently seeking a full time Showroom Specialist for a growing client Durham. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for clients and tasked with providing pleasant, knowledgeable, and empowered support to customers and beyond.



Responsibilities

Greet showroom clients and serve as the initial point of contact for clients and prospective clients.
Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions, addressing concerns, and guiding customers with projects they may be considering.
Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of products to effectively assist customers and provide recommendations.
Keep the showroom clean, organized, and visually appealing to create a welcoming environment for customers.
Verify pickup order accuracy, organize the pickup area, and assist customers with product sampling and inquiries.
Execute showroom transactions accurately and efficiently through the point-of-sale system.
Maintain inventory levels for products available for purchase and restock shelves as needed.
Communicate customer feedback and insights to the team to enhance overall customer satisfaction.



Requirements

Bachelor’s degree preferred
Minimum one year of related experience required.
Bilingual proficiency is a plus.
Professional demeanor and appearance with the ability to make a positive first impression.
Ability to multi-task, self-motivate, set goals, and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational skills to maintain showroom efficiency.
