Strategic Sales Specialist

Our client, a global logistics and transport solutions organization is seeking a Strategic Sales Specialist to join the team. They are a $300 million firm with over 800 employees with operations in over 150 countries.
Desired candidate market locations would include New York, Chicago, Milwaukee, Miami, Atlanta, or Los Angeles With a focus on individual needs, they deliver high-quality global supply chain solutions, ensuring each customer is cared for. Benefits and Selling Points: High Earning Potential: Base salary plus generous bonuses; top performers may exceed $180,000 in the first year. Fully Remote: Work from anywhere, enjoying a flexible schedule.

Business Pitch and Proposal: Develop tailored solutions and present effectively. Collaboration with Operations: Ensure proposed solutions align with company capabilities. Negotiation and Contract Closure: Lead negotiations for mutually beneficial agreements.
Sales Strategy and Goal Setting: Develop and implement strategies for business growth. Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends and adapt strategies accordingly. Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales activities and market insights.
Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's degree preferred. Proven success in business development within logistics or supply chain. Strong understanding of freight forwarding and logistics operations.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and willing to travel.
Experience/Requirement: Minimum 1-5 years sales experience in International Freight Forwarding. Track record of successful business development. Ability to own and drive personal car for customer visits.
