OverviewUnder the general supervision of the Human Resources Manager, the Human Resources Generalist manages the day-to-day operations of the Human Resource functions, including Payroll, Benefits, Personnel Administration, Medical Coverage, Social insurance.ResponsibilitiesEnsure compliance with Egyptian Labor Law & Social Insurance (including handling forms (1,2 & 6).Manage payroll coordination, personnel documentation, attendance, and leave reports.Liaise and negotiate with medical insurance providers.Oversee end-to-end recruitment (job postings, screening, and interviews).Support general HR administration and employee relations.QualificationsEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).Experience: Minimum of 3–4 years of experience as an HR Generalist in a corporate environment. Strong knowledge of labor regulations and HR processes.Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
