*Description:*
• Answer incoming telephone calls and initiate outbound calls to customers (60% of the day on the phone)
• Update payment methods on customers accounts
• Process payments and refunds while on the phone
• Initiate outbound calls to collect payments (soft collections on recently past due, max of 2 months overdue, later accounts are sent to a 3rd party collections)
*Qualifications:*

* Experience 6 months minimum experience in customer service- telephone answering skills preferred.
* Must have experience multi tasking (using computers while talking to customers)
*Schedule: *Will be either 7am-3:30pm Mon-Fri or 8am-4:30pm
*Pay: *$20
