Coordinates benefits when multiple insurance carriers are presented.Maintains confidentiality of all verbal, written, and electronic forms of communication or information sharing.Provides administrative support including managing phones, directing/answering patient questions, completing paperwork and coordinating with referring providers and/or clinics.Raises questions and concerns, or complex patient situations to the Patient Access Manager or others for handling.Other FunctionsWorks collaboratively with peers and/or colleagues, aiding as needed to meet the needs of patients and organizational goals.Other duties as assigned.Additional Details:Education, Certifications, and Licenses RequiredHigh School Diploma or GED- preferred.Experience RequiredOne year of office experience or medical office experience - preferred.Knowledge ofGeneral office functions, office equipment, and computer applications.Skills inSkilled at data entry with a high degree of accuracy and detail orientation.Time management, organization and customer service.Verbal and written communication.Ability toPrioritize work and multi-task in a fast-paced office setting with many interruptions.Self-start and willingness to learn.Read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.Demonstrate time-management, organizational, and customer service skills.Work flexible hours with limited unplanned absence.Position Information:Work Shift:OT 8/40If you like wild growth and working with happy, enthusiastic over-achievers, you'll enjoy your career with us
